Carol Singing in Codford 2024: Sarah Dorrington

On Monday evening 2nd December, our village enjoyed a heartwarming festive evening of traditional carol singing, beautifully supported by the Warminster Brass Band. We began with some delightful mulled wine and delicious homemade cakes, generously provided by Lizzie from Codford Tea Rooms, as we sang our first carols.

With spirits high, we meandered through the village, pausing to sing more carols along the way. Our journey ended at Greenhill Place, where we were greeted with more mulled wine, kindly supplied by Ann Levick. 

The evening was wonderfully supported, raising just under £150 in donations, which will go to our local Riding for the Disabled charity.
